At Clumsy Chef, we believe treat time should be exciting—not another commitment to worry about!

Our Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to keep your furry food critic's favorites stocked, with flexible options to manage deliveries.

Subscribe & Save

Customers enrolled in Subscribe & Save receive 10% off eligible subscription products, with recurring deliveries every 4, 6, or 8 weeks, depending on the selected frequency.

By subscribing, you authorize Clumsy Chef to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until you cancel.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be disclosed at checkout.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, skip, or modify upcoming subscription deliveries through your customer subscription management portal, subject to the options available for your subscription.

There is no minimum purchase commitment or cancellation fee.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Cancellation stops future subscription orders and recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

If an order has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll review cancellation requests individually and do our best to help before shipment.

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are consumable pet treats, we do not accept physical returns for food safety and quality assurance reasons.

Refund requests for processed subscription orders are reviewed case by case, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Pricing & Availability

Subscription pricing reflects the applicable discount at the time of purchase. Prices, product availability, and shipping charges may change.

If a material change affects your subscription, we'll provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before applying the change.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may contact you about available alternatives or skip or cancel the affected order. We will not substitute products without your agreement.
